Her career spans top-tier Wall Street firms—including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft—and leading international practices in Australia and the United Kingdom, where she advised senior executives, boards, and high-profile clients—including Warren Buffett—on some of the most complex restructurings and high-stakes matters across the U.S., UK, and Australian markets.

Having spent decades inside executive boardrooms and on the front lines of legal complexity, Beatrice witnessed first-hand the structural inefficiencies, human friction, and outdated systems that burden attorneys, clients, and institutions alike.
